The pipeline consists of approximately 700 miles of pipe that extends from the town of Buffalo, Wyoming south to Casper, then west to Pavillion and south to Laramie. Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC. – Casper operates three storage fields, Bunker Hill, Kirk and Oil Springs. Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC. - Casper is also a transmission and transportation utility.

Off-System Firm Transport
Provides Off System Firm Transport service where customers have rights to pipeline and point capacities on the basis of contracted receipt and delivery points. Additionally, customers may have access to other points on a secondary basis within and outside the contracted path.
On-System Firm Transport
Provides On System Firm Transport service where customers have rights to pipeline and point capacities on the basis of contracted receipt and delivery points. Additionally, customers may have access to other points on a secondary basis within and outside the contracted path.
(RCG) Retail Choice Gas
Provides firm transportation service to Choice Gas Suppliers serving on-system Residential, Commercial, and Industrial End-Users.
(FS-1) Firm Storage Service
Provides firm gas storage service to Choice Gas Suppliers holding Rate Schedule RCG firm transportation service.
(MCS) Market Center Services
Provides interruptible Parking, Loaning, Title Tracking Transfer and Wheeling services on the system.
Off-System Interruptible Transport
Provides Off System Interruptible Transport customers with this service have access to receipt and delivery points on the system as defined in the applicable Tariff and transportation service agreement.
